The specific purpose of Spectrum Break Thru is to Help Individuals with disabilities integrate with the workforce

Spectrum Break Thru uses proven based practices that are backed by other organizations to ensure we remain ethical and compliant and moral. That said, we aim to provide references to all our services, so please reach out should you have any questions.

Talking about references, one of our process is to apply Person-Centered Planning.
Person-centered planning (PCP) is a process for selecting and organizing the services and supports that an older adult or person with a disability may need to live in the community. Most important, it is a process that is directed by the person who receives the support.
